Great people. Lots of extras that other places just dont do anymore (gift card on your birthday, turkey at Christmas, lunches, service awards, tuition reimbursement, etc)

I love working here, and hope to retire. At the moment the only con is the downturn in the Trailer business, which will pick up again, so it's only a temporary concern.
