      Pros

      The salary is satisfying, but does not increase in the years. Canteen is cheap, almost free. A football field is available.

      Cons

      Not exciting place for work. Poor staff training. Very fast turnover (people go away if they can). Safety of employers it's not important. Benefits mainly for men as the numbers tell. Not flexible working hours also if you have "flexible contract".

      Small personable workforce. The Cooperation between employees and departments is what other companies lack and should strive to have.

      Cons

      Small workforce means many employees are given more responsibilities without extra compensation.

      Pros

      Management gives you the freedom to make mistakes, but listens to your inputs. The Italians have a unique set of products that have taken years to develop. They want you to succeed in the USA, as technology changes

      Cons

      Depends upon location and the people you need for support on a daily basis. Markup pricing for USA makes it difficult when there is real competition.
