      Italian company with headquarters based close to Milan and subsidiaries and consociates in Germany, USA and Asia. Continuous investments in R&D since and strong technical competences in advanced materials. Good chances in career development, working in team with all the company functions (commercial, manufacturing, laboratories and administration) and with foreign colleagues. People average age is quite young

      Cons

      nothing of particular. I think everyone can have problems to be managed at work, in any company. Sometime it happens here too, but this is the time to demonstrate you have a good problem-solution approach. A good time-management is required because workload sometime could seem considerable

      Pros

      Management gives you the freedom to make mistakes, but listens to your inputs. The Italians have a unique set of products that have taken years to develop. They want you to succeed in the USA, as technology changes

      Cons

      Depends upon location and the people you need for support on a daily basis. Markup pricing for USA makes it difficult when there is real competition.
