Company has quality manager on duty. They are looking for someone with specific fit. Meaning that the quality manager will need to be doing exactly what production management tells them to do. It will be impossible to proceed with even the suggestions, not even talking about OKRs here. If you are very professional and skilled quality manager, you will not be able to perform your job correctly. If they don't like anything they will fire you without notice or any explanation. HR can not do anything. They just listen and do what they've been told to do.
