Terrible, data driven, micro management, who are sorely out of touch with the realities of teaching. Major changes are made to procedure with little to no training. Staff are expected to fill the holes in resources without extra pay. Curriculum does not reflect industry practices, ultimately leading to sub-standard graduates. Experimental methods which emphasize blogs and self reflection, over practice, leaving students confused and frustrated. Almost minimum wage pay, with numerous HR issues regarding processing leave. No flexibility. A toxic culture that demands no less than your blood sweat and tears, but gives little in return.
