As a result, partners like SADA (Insight), are struggling to land and expand new professional service opportunities. SADA still has some strong engineers.

This once family-owned business is struggling to manage through transition and difficult economic times. Insight will probably integrate sooner rather than later. About 3 reorgs, or headcount reductions over the past year.
