      Pros

      Work with big partners, so I guess that's a pro. Fun experiences. Great teammates who I support.

      Cons

      SADA is going from a family focused company that truly seemed to care about it's employees, to becoming part of Insight which has such horrible benefits they it feels like they're trying to get us to quit. That's how awful the benefits are. We are going from unlimited PTO to a system where, for the first three years, you get 15 days accrued. FIFTEEN DAYS?! let that sink in for a moment if you have children. Goodbye vacations and hello corporate slavery.

      There are smart people here.

      I am a high performer, was brought over to help build out a new part of the business only to find out most of the leaders don’t even work on a regular basis. Most people buying their time until Insight finally drops the big axe. Just about every detail of my offer and how the job was explained is a complete lie. I keep hearing about the once great legend of SADA, but it no longer exists.
