      Co-workers, emphasis on career advancement

      Cons

      Hours can be a bit demanding, however working in IT this is expected. SADA management does a great job of trying to give a work/life balance even with the demanding hours

      There are smart people here.

      I am a high performer, was brought over to help build out a new part of the business only to find out most of the leaders don’t even work on a regular basis. Most people buying their time until Insight finally drops the big axe. Just about every detail of my offer and how the job was explained is a complete lie. I keep hearing about the once great legend of SADA, but it no longer exists.
