Pathetic management full of incompetent and corrupt people at the helm. They beg for projects and still no company wants to partner with them, such pathetic is their condition. They don't have any skilled resources who can work and provide value still they run after clients asking for projects. All they are good at is hurling abuses on the hard working employees for minutest of mistakes. They will exploit a good, hard working employee by making him work on weekends and 18 hours/day and then try to hurt their confidence in the worst possible manner by micromanaging them and exploiting them. Finally, they will put him in PIP and throw them out of the company. I would never suggest anyone to join this pathetic company as there won't be any future stored for them in this company.
