No Loyalty , horrible decision makers - Anonymous employee SABIS Employee Review

Poor management and a totally fake image. Leadership is provided by unskilled individuals, and there is no transparency in evaluations or increments. I honestly do not recommend working there because there is a lot of discrimination against nationalities and career advancement is based on moodiness rather than performance. Staff turnover is high, and there is a lot of blaming and disrespect for employees.
