      A very humbling experience to support our visually impaired workforce. I have the opportunity to support engineering, production, new product development, facility layout. not common for practice for large companies. A great place to learn manufacturing: feasibility R/D all the way to shipping.

      Cons

      management works in tribes; not willing to support other department. no team work.
