Pros
People here are great and are definitely willing to help. There is an insane amount of things that you will learn at this company, and in a very short time. You will be handling many different types of issues, projects, and different technology that will help you learn to become a better IT Professional, and in a very short amount of time. There is camaraderie between everyone on the team, where if we need help or training, the other person is willing to give up their time to help you out. There is definitely room to move up and to choose your branch of field you want to work in. There are guys in cyber security, networking, sys admin, and etc who are all willing to help out. A lot of parties and get togethers in the office, and unlimited sick days.
Cons
There is definitely a lot of work which is expected when working at an MSP. It’s not a problem if you manage your time and work.
