Management has got to improve their way of treating employees equally and not only their preferred ones, there is also a ''gang'' that is close to management and if your not part of it that's unfortunate for you. The salary is not close to what the market is right now. The On call rotation is really bad, not paid enough and not viable for their employees. Teams workload are not at all well-balanced. Being valued for your work is kinda hard.
