Pros

Nothing pro about the company.

Cons

Extremely biased towards engineers. People with no knowledge in embedded systems work here because they are related to the CEO. Seems like a family business than a proper company. Can’t remember the last time the CEO spoke about the vision and mission of the company. Inflated talks about getting clients and projects in every town hall but company is hanging by a thread by a single client who has no idea about the credibility of the resources working. Few engineers don’t do any work while the rest do all the work only to be taken over by the relatives of the CEO at the final stage to maintain their relevancy.

Cons

While every company has its unique dynamics, I've observed some challenges in S2 Technology that potential employees might want to consider. The company seems to operate primarily in service to its founding family's interests rather than following a structured business model. The dependence on a single large client could pose risks to long-term stability, as there appears to be little diversification in business sources. Leadership is centralized around the CEO, with family members placing significant influence over operations. This includes roles in HR and technical leadership, which can sometimes lead to inefficiencies and a lack of adherence to formal policies. The company's business model appears to rely heavily on hiring eager, skilled professionals from India, and using there experience to place his own family memebers For those considering joining, it's worth investigating how these factors might align with your career objectives.
