Pros
Vice President Sam is a good guy. Pay was ok. Medical/dental was ok, not with the company long enough to use them.
Cons
For starters, this is one of the most unethical companies I have ever been associated with. Profits over everything else. The worst PTO policy I have ever encountered. PTO has no value so make sure you use it up before you leave the company because you will not be paid for any unused hours. Previous contract ended abruptly and the termination letter specifically stated that unused PTO hours would be paid out if the remaining 16 hours (contract ended with 2 work day notice) were worked. You cannot accrue PTO if you are on PTO. Not sure why but managers weren't lining up to fill positions with this company. Our contract coudn't get anyone to take the PM role, once they finally found someone, contract ended a few days after he was hired. Many people were let go after a few weeks of working for this company with nothing more than a termination letter saying terminated due to lack of work. Such a classless company, I see why the contract was terminated before the first year ended. No 401K vesting for 5 years, that's because most people don't stick around that long anyways.
