      The pay is pretty good. Plenty of work to keep you busy. The opportunity for overtime is always available. Great place to learn about construction and inspections. Company vehicle that you can take home.

      Cons

      The occasional night work can throw a wrench in your sleep schedule.

      Pros

      The Raleigh office is a tight knit group. Really great technicians who complete their work effectively and efficiently, and are more than willing to help train newer technicians.

      Cons

      Schedule may be sporadic and they may have you at a different site everyday.
