      When I started, it was a family themed company. When I left, it was about how much can they make and when things got tough economy wise, they shove people out the door.

      Great people Clearly defined roles and expectations

      Cons

      Took on too many projects Wasteful spending by not following design criteria closely or getting percentage completion approvals. Too much rework and extra shippping product between projects.
