      Private, very professional, many technical leads at or near top of their field, flat organization with minimal bureaucracy

      Cons

      Contractor, be billable or your staying home (better than most in this regard, but still nature of an EPC), not a great place to grow for early to mid career, very flat so very slow to no opportunity to advance

      Pros

      Wages and benefits are very good.

      Cons

      Very toxic environment in the corporate safety department. It suffocates the will of the workers to even come to work. The company itself is not doing very well. It has been declining for several years. The culture was once top notch, now it is really bad.
