Pros
I joined because there is a culture of wanting to do the right thing and being transparent. We want to disrupt the big players. I like the culture and the diversity of clients and opportunities, clever colleagues, plan for growth. I feel it is a great place to build experience and develop.
Cons
Sometimes I feel like bosses want to do the right thing but panic and are responsive to a short term problem — they don’t always get it right. Internal processes are often disjointed and incentives are sometimes misaligned.
