Pros
It's fun and people are super talented. Office environment is relaxed but you are pushed to succeed because you want to make an impact. You will learn tons about how a business operates because it is so transparent. You are allowed room to make mistakes and learn from them.
Cons
It's still small. You need to wear many hats and often do things manually where big orgs have departments. eg we have to put together RFP and deal with product team to help complete security reviews. HR department is also stretched thin.
