The company culture is great, everyone is very friendly and helpful and you get the sense that the partners really care about the wellbeing of staff; they show appreciation for what you do and get to know you. Lots of events and staff appreciation/teambuilding things. Diverse staff and LGBTQ+ friendly.
You will be unbelievably overworked. Don't be surprised if you are told you are not working enough hours even though you are working well over 60-70 hours a week. People here reminded me of High School bullies. All intermediate and senior staff had their own friend groups and made it well known that you were not included. So much gossip it seemed like no one liked one another. This was the least supportive group of individuals I have ever worked with. Not only unsupportive, but made you feel "less than" if you tried to ask questions. This was the most toxic work environment I have ever been in. They do not care about your well-being nor mental health. They just care about the bottom line and they make it painfully obvious.
