      Competent and highly motivated people, led by a dynamic and inspiring management team. Always bold enough to accept challenges. The strength comes out of the team spirit, natural curiosity and strong values.

      Cons

      You will be constantly forced out of your comfort zone and that's not for everyone. But if so, you will be a part of the journey and be rewarded with personal and professional growth.

      Good salary, really cannot think of much more.

      Cons

      Obsessive and controlling owner. Group of employees who are cut throat and will do anything to stay in favor of owner. No work life balance
