      Great company for learning the industry due to wide product offerings.

      Cons

      Bonus competes with your own last 4 rolling quarters. Means you will typically have a low paying year that follows a higher paying year.

      big company with over 70,000 items in stock nation wide

      Cons

      too many product managers that don't seem to be held accountable. warehouse is union and they take pride in shipping quality product
