      Pros

      In my opinion it comes down to the type of managers you have. I have seen and benefited from managers that are there to help you and work with you in different situations.

      Cons

      Benefits can be poor depending on the state you are in and there is a limited number of location willinging to take the insurance (example: delta dental)

      big company with over 70,000 items in stock nation wide

      Cons

      too many product managers that don't seem to be held accountable. warehouse is union and they take pride in shipping quality product
