      Some employee policies are antiquated and there isn't a space created to challenge or suggest change. Does not promote community service & engagement company wide, but is present in certain markets.

      big company with over 70,000 items in stock nation wide

      Cons

      too many product managers that don't seem to be held accountable. warehouse is union and they take pride in shipping quality product
