Pros
Ryerson is an amazing environment to work. PZ was a great manager to work under. Very constructive in one-on-ones and gave you the tools you needed to do your job. Also, they are very family oriented for being a huge company. They're flexible with your schedule and work with everyone.
Cons
Working in steel is so extensive that you can never know everything so it seemed like you weren't properly trained a lot of the time. Also, the goals are never-ending. Once you hit another they raise and raise no matter what the market is doing. The management in some southern states was sub-par.
