Pros
Pay was decent, When I started Rob was more involved which was nice. Overall the job isn't that hard most times until it suddenly is. Employees don't stay long for a reason. You will get to see some cool events, I know an employee of mine got to see a very interesting fashion show and I got to see many weddings. Also you often get food from events.
Cons
Not always great to employees, did not care about sick employees, bad communication but it was improving when I left. Not much opportunity for growth for current employees. No additional pay when, for example, the "stage" must be set up day of for $250. This money all goes to Rye and not you, even after an extra 1-2 hours of work. Be prepared for physical labor. I would say, take a job here but then keep looking for something new. Also an employee was homophobic and they continued to work there for a long time, even working LGBT events. Also be aware its LATE nights, 1-2 in the morning often. This is fine for some, but it is hard working every weekend very late in the day.
