Unfair treatment - Manager Rydon Employee Review

I must say, it all depends on the contract. However, the management is primarily Caucasian and composed of former engineers with poor people management skills. There is very poor diversity, and I am concerned that my role will be replaced by someone whose face fits the preferred demographic.
