      Pros

      Good place to start a career in finance and investments. Pay is not great but you get really good benefits and plenty of time off. You stay busy in the morning and afternoon but there are several hours of downtime mid-day.

      Cons

      Fund Accounting is very monotonous. Same thing everyday.

      Rydex Investments have very good Benefits, salary, easy to take time off plus pretty free scheduler, bonuses are also good.

      Pros

      Work/life balance is good and you get market holidays off. Overall its a great group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Very low pay for the industry, lack of mobility within the company. Despite how hard you may work in most of the positions here, you won't be compensated extra = lack of motivation at times for anyone looking for much more.
