Poor salary, could be improved hard to get a pay rise

No staff benefits at all Pay you the bare minimum and you will probably be on that salary for years after as they do not offer pay rises at all Expect the most from you and give the bare minimum Have to work time back even for doctors appointments ect Minimum holidays No work life balance - have to work 6 days a week every other week Just a number to the company who don't value long term staff Do not care about the wellbeing off their staff only what benefits the company!! Far too much expected from you for minimum wage salary
