      Regular working hours, decent pay, nice people

      Cons

      Had to change departments to actually get paid decently (the breakdown team were underpaid for what they dealt with), limited support for those with illness, limited overtime opportunities

      Pros

      Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

      Cons

      Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
