Pros
It's definitely a resume booster to say you've worked for a large Fortune 500 company. The benefits and pay aren't too bad for an entry level position.
Cons
Lack of work-life balance. Sometimes you'll work 10-12 hour days. Once you pass your 40-hour work week, the "overtime" isn't worth it.. It isn't overtime at all! After your 40th hour they take your hourly rate and cut it in half. In essence, you're losing money every hour after 40. There isn't much upward mobility even though they like to promote as if there is. Also, there's too much of a "do what I say, not as I do" mentality.
