      Pros: kiss butt, do whatever it takes to make management look good and don't keep your mouth shut.

      Cons

      Will find any reason to let you go. Even if you don't have power to call in , have a way to get there or just any reason and tell them you are not going to be there.

      Pros

      Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

      Cons

      Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
