Pros
The company is large and gets a lot of work in the North East. It is possible to move between offices, including some opportunities abroad. You can have a good experience if you are put in a good team.
Cons
The designs are, with a few exceptions, mediocre. Less experienced architects start working here with enthusiasm and new ideas, only to find out ‘that’s not how we do things here’ and they can either fall in line or work elsewhere. Management and policies are very old-fashioned. There is no HR department, despite having over 100 employees. People know better than to speak out- they just keep quiet and complain about a decision afterwards. This is a recipe for disaster.
