Pros
This job brings me the freedom to work from home, foremost. The team is really involved and I feel the management takes care of everyone in the team and also I feel we have very good relationships among the team. I was surprised about how good communication manners this team has! I feel supported and listened when I need advice or help.
Cons
Sometimes we have a lot of workload at once, but thats not an issue really, because there is always someone to give us a hand when we need one!
