Training is essentially watching hours of endless linked training and seminars. No concise direction apart from “hit the number” basically a dartboard strategy. If they don’t know what they’re aspiring to how can you! Very toxic environment, dog eat dog MLM format, those above you get benefits from all the hard work you do for doing nothing. Management listen and that’s about all they do. A bit of boys club you’re either in favour or you’re out. Unrealistic targets (hence needing to be in the “boys club” to ensure you’re “safe”)
