      Pros

      As it is budding up, the scope for growth is very high. Environment and work culture is great. Work life balance is good! Pay is best in industry! Level of transparency is very very good, you get to know everything that is going on in the company and what you are working for, how you are making difference to the business.

      Cons

      I am still working from home since i joined so i don't know if there are any cons.
