Pros

The Dallas office has implemented two casual dress days per week. Woohoo! Ryan also offers paid maternity leave, and a wellness initiative plan to save you money on your benefits package. Ryan also has a policy which allowes (non-hourly) employees to work from anywhere/ anytime.

Cons

As an hourly employee, I am not able to benefit from the flexibility that most others enjoy. Furthermore, my pay is negligible, making it difficult to deduct even more for benefits.

Work / life balance is great

Cons

Upper management always changing directions of company. Hard to get simple things approved . Been holding on to stock options for six plus years with no IPO in sight
