Hmmm thats hard; the employees were nice to work. A good group of hard working technicians and pharmacists that I learned a lot from

Ineffective upper management (owners of the company).Owners only cared about bottom line. Inefficient technology (which in the end forced them to sell to Omnicare) Pharmacy was a dump, very dirty no effort by the owners to improve quality of life while working there. Payroll checks bounced several times....always replied it was a bank error. Scheduled inventory on Christian holidays (Easter) with no thought that the majority of the employees were of Christian faith Meanwhile no one in upper management (owners & their families) worked the Jewish holidays nor were they available in case of an emergency.
