      Free lunch and you do receive a paycheck.

      Cons

      Zero company transparency, no onboarding, lack of agile development knowledge, incestuous hiring, no employee evaluation or opportunities of growth, low pay, communication issues, no care for product design, confusion of corporate/startup mentality, and absolutely no HR present.

      Pros

      East Coast money, big alcohol culture if you’re into that, if you work in office they have some free drinks.

      Cons

      Politics, DEI woke garbage, worst group of liars I have ever worked for in 18 years by a massive margin. CEO would shake your hand while having HR put a gun to your head.
