I loved my time at Rxlighting. The dev team is strong and supportive but also extremely collaborative and open to new ideas. Management was also open minded and trusting of their employees to do what's best
Cons
As with all start ups, there are some periods where we were rushing to meet a deadline, but management was actively making decisions to prevent those last minute rushes in the future
