The company is extremely unorganized, doesn't train their employees well, doesn't reach out to help employees, terrible management, and extremely high turnover rate. This past week was my last week and 5-6 people either got fired or quit! I was always at my desk (as bad as it sounds) searching for other employment opportunities. Luckily I got one before they fired me which was just this morning (Sunday 27 May 2018) by email I may add. Which brings me to another point. They are a very passive aggressive company and don't feel you what you are doing wrong because they don't properly train you. You are trained by other coworkers that may have only been working a month longer than you. You would think since this a pharmaceutical company the training would be a lot more reliable and professional. This company has very low morale and no professionalism about itself. I do not reccommend anyone to work at this company because it is terrible. It's just like high school and even the management is involved in this catty behavior.
