      Pros

      Great place to work, free lunch every day, coffee, snacks. Good people and the CEO has a great vision. Be prepared to work hard but know you will be well rewarded for your efforts. In 9 1/2 years I never had any serious issues with culture or environment.

      Cons

      Workload can be heavy at times, but that’s only natural if you’re trying to do great things.

      CTO is toxic CEO is toxic They don't have clients to pay employee salary and looks like a shell company who manage black money They support only friends and family
