The company has a great environment, the people are very friendly and welcoming. Accommodating with schedules to provide for a positive family-work life balance. The management team and fellow staff are very family oriented and truly care about each other and their clients. They provide excellent training, you never have to be afraid to ask for help. Management and teammates are constantly providing constructive criticism and helping you find ways to grow. This company is always looking for new ways to advance in their field and to help their staff succeed. If for some reason you are not a good fit for the position you are currently in, but you may fit better in another area, the management team does notice that potential and discusses those options with you. This applies to employees working in office and our field candidates. The management team here wants you to succeed. Rx relief is a division of PrideStaff, they both share the same values and all my positive notes are also an extension of my opinion of PrideStaff.
