Pros

Flexible hours and times to work.

Cons

Management rules by intimidation and only speaks with the sales representatives who are successful. Comes on the floor and never speaks with employees. Unrealistic expectations for areas being called.

Pros

As a full-time mom, the flexibility of working here is unbeatable. I have the freedom to set my own schedule, which makes it so much easier to balance everything. Since it's a 1099 position, the effort I put in directly impacts what I get out of it.

Cons

It's a numbers game - sometimes it takes longer than others to sell a bag.

Pros

You can work remotely but he is strongly against it.

Cons

The commission is questionable. He felt like he had to prove all the time someone getting paid something. Covid hit and he lied to all of us saying we couldn't get unemployment.
