Pros
- Decent starter job after college - Started early & got off early - Good co-workers & learned a lot about working fast & efficient that translated to my current career job. - You can move up very quickly pending work load
Cons
- Shuttle & not enough parking for all employees. - Below average training & a lot of self learning on the fly. - Negative tension & separation between all 3 buildings - I was asked to unclog the sink in the male restroom from the owner himself with a plunger. - Below average Holiday Bonus - The work itself is just brain dead & repetitive. - The list goes on & I applaud each individual that has toughed it out who is currently still there. - Cleans house once they cannot afford payroll, hence why they have a high turn over ratio. - Get your experience & find a better company, plain & simple.
