Pros
Rutherford County Schools has a plethora of schools to work at. There are a wide variety of elementary, middle, high schools and even alternative schools to work in. Fellow teachers are great to work with in most buildings.
Cons
Administration at a number of the schools operate on the "Good Ol' Boy System." The schools are seemingly unable to keep up with the influx of new students moving into the area. While the director of schools seems to have ambitious goals for the district, putting the ideas into action has proven to be a difficult task for RCS.
