Technically challenging projects. Very smart and engaging people. Felt cared about as a person. Small office feel. Many long term employees....
Cons
R&C seems reluctant to grow. The have been the around the same number of employees for years. They have great loyality among the senior staff but that creates a barrier for advancement in the firm. You can count the number of people who have to retire before you can advance.
