Regarding your concerns, I take them seriously and would like to address them directly. As a business we strive to support all our team members, especially those new to the industry, through extensive induction programs and personalised training and development plans. These initiatives are designed to help newcomers focus on learning without feeling pressured to perform immediately. We are very transparent in this approach and it is our expectation that consultants then implement their learning on desk to ensure success with the support of their manager who holds weekly 1-2-1 meetings with each consultant in addition to daily planning sessions.
With regards to your feedback on the commission structure, we want to clarify that our most junior sales team members receive a basic salary of £25,000, ensuring that no one earns below the national minimum wage. We understand the importance of fair compensation and support for all team members, especially during the initial learning phase.
