Pros
In general the staff is hardworking. There is some room for advancement, but glass ceilings are in place. Beautiful environment.
Cons
Supervisors do not maintain a good work/life balance for employees. GLASS CEILING for upper management. Raises go to squeaky wheels rather than merit based. There is potential for a happy work environment, but sadly this is a quality not given value.
